EGRU is a self-funded centre that provides high quality and industry-oriented research and training for the resources industry.

The EGRU team liaises with industry to develop collaborative research projects, offer relevant professional development training, and provide information resources for exploration and mining.

During its 40-year history EGRU has developed productive working relationships and strong connections with industry and governments in Queensland, in Australia, and internationally.

The Centre is managed by a Director from Geoscience and overseen by an Advisory Board with representatives from EGRU’s members.
