EGRU invites industry, government and research colleagues to join them for this year’s EGRU Engagement Day on Friday 6 March.
The Engagement Day is an opportunity for the EGRU team to provide overviews and updates on research and training initiatives, and to hear from colleagues in partner organisations.
The afternoon of presentations will:
- Highlight a new education initiative in north Queensland aimed at providing a talent pipeline into the resources sector.
- Introduce new research staff who will be working on critical minerals projects.
- Provide an overview of new research projects focused on technologies to advance critical mineral exploration and extraction.
The afternoon starts with lunch, followed by presentations and a social event.
This is a free event but registration is required. Registration closes on Monday 2 March 2026.
